Following the recent government announcement and the restrictions imposed in Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire, our branches at Torksey and Sheffield will unfortunately be closed to the public until further notice. We will, however, be continuing with revised operations over the coming weeks. Our helpful staff will still be available to answer your questions and any sales enquiries remotely. We are contactable by phone message, email, online chat and social media, but you should expect a slight delay outside of our usual opening hours. For those with upcoming caravan service bookings or sales collections, we will be in touch shortly to rearrange your appointment.
Ordering online for caravan and leisure accessories is also still available, and we endeavour to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. We don’t expect any delays in delivery, but our despatch times may be affected inline with reduced staffing. As such, we cannot guarantee delivery timescales at this time, but we expect orders will generally leave us within a couple of days. A click and collect service is also still available at our Torksey branch for the collection of caravan accessories, parts and spares. Simply add the products to your shopping basket as usual, select the click and collect option, then pay online using your debit or credit card.
