Not often post positive things about caravans, but Torksey Caravans have always been excellent service for me. I have bought a new 2017 Sterling 560 and had loads of issues but they have always helped and been very prompt. This time I'd overlooked the service to keep within warranty so rang around but no joy. Rang them ermm ok we can squeeze you in if you bring it in on Friday just gone. They rang today and it's ready but the sink needs changing under warranty, as pointed out a small hairline crack.

When we visited the caravan show at The Lawns, Cottingham this year. We were looking at the Swift range as we have a Swift already and like the quality. The sales man Andy approached us from Torksey Caravans, to show us the Swift Challenger 560 but was in no way pushy (if he was we would have walked away). We eventually made a deal and part exchanged our own van subject to their viewing. When we went to collect our new van, we had made a promise to ourselves that if they try and get more money from us we would walk away. When we got there, they checked our van and showed us the new van and not a penny extra. We are absolutely thrilled with the service from the friendly staff and got a free weekend stay at their Sherwood Forest holiday park so we could enjoy and get to know our new van. Well done Torksey Caravans would definitely recommend you.

Complete novice to caravanning. But just bought one from Torksey Caravans. Dealt with Christian from start to finish and the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, even the ridiculous questions that we fired at him. I’m rubbish with names but there was also a lady who is part of the shop sales team who was also particularly helpful. All in all, the best sales experience I’ve had in a long time. Did not come away from the place with any concerns. Absolutely certain we will be back in the future.
