Ordering & Delivery
All you need to know about ordering and delivery, from how long your order will take to arrive to how much it will cost. When placing an order, you will be asked to provide your personal or company details. All prices are quoted in UK Sterling to the UK mainland and the price you see is the price you pay. For orders outside of the UK mainland, additional postage charges may apply, but if this is the case we will always call you to confirm once your order is received. Our checkout process is quick and easy and will only take a few minutes. Only products listed in the accessories section of our website are available to purchase for home delivery.
Accessory products listed on this website have an estimated despatch time of 2 to 3 days. We constantly monitor and update despatch times to ensure that products are available in stock at the time you add a product to your shopping basket. We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed and it will usually be despatched the following day. We offer two levels of delivery service, the cost defined by the weight and size of the products you have purchased. Transit times and costs for each can be found below.
The cost of delivery of your order is determined by the value of the goods you’ve ordered as well as the delivery address location and the weight and size of the parcel. The cost of delivery is calculated as you add items to the shopping basket and is confirmed in the checkout process after you have entered your delivery address. Orders with a value over £125 will receive free standard delivery. This is deducted automatically in your shopping basket.
You can choose from standard delivery or express delivery. Express delivery is a 1 to 2 day service, despatched the next working after the order has been placed, Monday to Friday. Express postage costs extra but will arrive quicker. Standard delivery is a 4 to 5 day service and costs as little as £3.29. You will get the choice to choose your postage option after entering your address information. Please note that the aforementioned timescales are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such. Beyond what we say on this page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability.
Most of our deliveries are made through Parcel2Go, apart from small items, which we may sometimes send by Royal Mail. Parcel2Go will attempt delivery between Monday and Friday from 7.00am until 5.30pm. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the driver may leave it with a neighbour, if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If they are unable to deliver your parcel securely directly to you the first time, the driver will leave a card. Please read this card as it will tell you whether they will deliver the parcel again tomorrow, your parcel has been left with a neighbour, your parcel has been taken to your local depot or your parcel has been returned to the depot.
Ordering & Payment
Shopping for accessories with us couldn’t be easier. Our checkout process is quick and easy and will only take a few minutes. If you’d like to purchase a product, click the add to basket button on the product page. Once you've added an item to your shopping basket you can continue shopping until it contains all the items you’d like to order. You can access the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the shopping basket link, which is displayed at the top of every page. In the shopping basket, you can remove or change the quantity of anything you've added.
When you’ve finished shopping and would like to place the order and pay, simply head to the shopping basket. Once at the basket, check that what you’ve added is correct, add your billing and delivery information, read and accept our terms and conditions and then confirm the order. The next step takes you to the PayPal website for secure online payment. We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, American Express, Solo and Maestro. After you’ve submitted your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation via e-mail containing a summary of your order and a unique order number. Then just sit back and wait for your delivery to arrive. We take all reasonable care to make our site secure and your details are entered on a secure area of the payment providers website. No card or payment details are stored by Torksey Caravans or Sheffield Caravans at any time. Upon receiving your order, we urge you check the contents of your package to ensure that everything is as it should be and that you are happy with your item(s). We must be made aware of any damages or missing items within 48 hours (or two working days) of delivery.
