On the 23rd March we saw the sudden overnight closure of our caravan sales offices at Torksey and Sheffield, inline with the government restrictions on retail spaces. Following the announcement on Sunday 10th May, our offices will remain closed to the public until at least the 1st June. However, in the meantime our helpful staff are still available to answer your questions and any sales enquiries remotely. We are contactable by phone message, email, online chat and social media, but you should expect a slight delay outside of our usual opening hours.
In other news, we now offer a click and collect service for the sale of caravan supplies, accessories, parts and spares. Simply add the products to your shopping basket as usual, select the click and collect option, then pay online using your debit or credit card. Once your order is confirmed, we will then contact you to arrange a convenient time for collection from our site. This service is currently only available to customers of our Torksey branch, but we hope to extend it to Sheffield within the next few weeks. Our click and collect service is completely contactless, and you can either collect your order from outside of our shop, or have a contactless delivery to your car.
