We are legally required to disclose our arrangements for caravan finance, and our relationship with finance providers and panel of lenders. This page is for your information, and pertains to caravan finance provided at either of our branches, either in person or through digital means. We are Torksey Caravans Limited, registered in the UK with the registration number 4344713. Our registered address is Torksey Caravans, Lincoln Road, Torksey Lock, Lincoln, LN1 2EL. You can contact us by phone on 01427 718226. Torksey Caravans Ltd are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit brokerage. Our FCA number is 671168.
Lenders
We work exclusively with Black Horse Finance and Evolution Funding who provide funding for our new and used caravan or motorhome sales. We’re also able to work with a lender of your choice if you plan to externally finance your purchase. We offer one fixed finance rate for new and used caravans or motorhomes through Blackhorse. We offer some credit score-based rates through Evolution Funding. From our lenders we offer two finance types, hire purchase and personal contract hire, through either Blackhorse or Evolution Funding.
Disclosures
We do not charge customers a fee for arranging finance for any of our new or used touring caravans. We do however receive commission for caravans and motorhomes which are funded through our lenders. We receive a fixed percentage of the loan amount, if the finance is accepted and the vehicle is funded. If the customer requests us to disclose commission on their finance agreement we will do so in a timely manner. You can request this information through our website contact page. The commission received does not affect the customers APR.
Recommendations
We offer recommendations and advise customers to offer the most suitable finance packages for their needs, and to safeguard their interests as advised through training Blackhorse and Evolution Funding has provided to our employees. Inline with our proud history for service, awarded for customer service at the recent Swift dealer awards, all recommendations for finance are made with the interests of our customer at heart.
