Torksey Caravans currently have three job positions available at our busy caravan retail outlet. We require two part-time retail sales assistants to join the team in our shop and accessories department. The successful applicants will need to work on their own initiative and be keen to learn. In your role you will ensure that every customer receives a warm, personal and efficient service, dealing with enquiries professionally and effectively, inline with our company values. Salary will be the national minimum wage, 16 hours per week, and you will be required to work every other weekend. Experience in the retail sector would be desirable, but not essential. Your duties will include assisting customers with shop purchases, dealing with enquiries over the phone, taking payments for purchases and stock replenishment.
We also require a full time engineer to join the team in our aftersales and servicing department. The successful applicant will need to work on their own initiative and be keen to learn. Salary will depend on your level of experience and training. Experience within a mechanical background would be desirable, ideally within the caravan industry, but not essential. Your duties will include the service and repair of new and used Swift, Sterling and Sprite caravans, and you will be working in a team environment.
